Shoppi Cloud is a complete commerce platform: manage your online store, physical POS, marketplace, advertising campaigns and mobile app from a single account. It's not just e-commerce — it's a system that connects all your sales channels in one place.
Does Shoppi take a commission on my sales?
No. Sales from your website or physical POS pay zero platform commission — only the standard credit card fees (like Stripe, around 1.5-2.9%). A small percentage applies only to extra orders we bring you from the Shoppi Marketplace, covering refunds and buyer guarantees.
Do I need to know how to code to use Shoppi Cloud?
Not at all. Your stores are standard HTML pages: if you can use a word processor, you can edit a Shoppi page. Our Site Builder lets you modify everything visually. If you are a developer, you have full access to HTML, REST APIs and the No-Code Design system to build custom experiences.
Can I use my existing domain?
Yes, absolutely. You can connect any .com, .it, .shop or other domain. Shoppi automatically handles SSL, DNS and redirects. Each plan includes a free shoppi.site or shoppi.cloud domain — but you can add your custom domain at any time.
How does migration from Shopify, WooCommerce or others work?
Automatically. Enter your current store domain (e.g. mystore.myshopify.com) and our system performs a complete import: products, images, categories, descriptions. Usually in under 5 minutes. No CSV to fill in, no downtime, no data loss.
Does the POS system work at trade shows and events?
That's exactly what it was designed for. The Shoppi Pay S700 terminal works via WiFi and mobile data. You can create a separate stand store for each event, with a dedicated URL, special prices and a specific catalog. Inventory syncs in real time with your main online store.
Can I manage multiple stores with one account?
Yes. A Shoppi Business account lets you manage multiple domains: one site for fairs, one for international e-commerce, one for B2B — all connected to the same inventory and Stripe account. No extra cost to add subdomains.
How does the Shoppi Marketplace work?
Your products are automatically shown in the Shoppi app. The AI system analyzes your catalog, generates additional keywords and translates product listings into 6 supported languages. You receive marketplace orders just like regular store orders.
What is No-Code Design and what is it for?
No-Code Design is the Shoppi CMS variable system. In your HTML you write %_VARIABLE_NAME% and the system automatically replaces it with the correct text in the user's language. For plugins you write something like plugin:cart or plugin:search in the page head block — and the plugin activates itself without writing any code.
How is API access secured?
Requests are validated against the merchant's registered domain origin. Access tokens are strictly scoped per merchant, and unauthorized cross-origin requests are automatically rejected at the platform level, ensuring your store data remains secure without the overhead of manual key management.
