Retail with a few shops and a website

Two to five shops and a website, on one system.

For fashion, specialty food, home and gift, and beauty retailers with two to five shops. One account for your shops and your website, which can share products and prices with the Shared Catalogue add-on (each linked touchpoint on Business, $500 one-time per touchpoint). Each one has its own Stripe account under Stripe Connect, and payouts go straight to your bank account. Your domain, your pages.

Plans from $29 a month per touchpoint. Monthly, no contract.

What a second shop changes

Three things that get harder once you sell in more than one place, and what Shoppi does about each.

Prices drift apart

A price changes on the website but not at the counter. Someone updates three product lists by hand, and one of them is always behind.

With Shoppi: link your touchpoints with the Shared Catalogue add-on (Business). Product details and prices are copied across them every 10 minutes. If one shop should keep its own price, ask us.

Staff need their shop, not your login

The person at the second counter needs to take payments there. Sharing the owner's login means everyone can do everything, refunds included.

With Shoppi: staff accounts per shop, each with a role. Only admin and sales take card payments, only admin can refund, and each card payment in the POS app records who took it.

The website should feel like your shops

A template on someone else's address does not look like the brand people know from your windows and your bags.

With Shoppi: on Business, your website runs on your own domain, on a dedicated managed server with an isolated database per store. Your pages are standard HTML on your own WebDAV drive.

Two shops and a website, set up on Shoppi

An example brand with a website and two shops. One account holds all three.

Example
yourbrand one account, grouped under your brand name
yourbrand.com website · Business $79
Main Street shop counter · Starter $29
Mall shop counter · Starter $29
$137 a month in plans three touchpoints, three Stripe accounts under Stripe Connect, in your name

Stripe's fee and 0.4% + 1¢ per payment come on top.

A touchpoint is one place you sell — a website, a shop counter, a QR menu, a payment link, an event stand. Each touchpoint has its own plan. Put your website on Business and each shop counter on Starter. A payment link, social checkout, gift card or donation page can run on Mini, up to 30 card payments a month.

Each shop is its own touchpoint. It has its own web address, orders, staff and Stripe Terminal location.
Payouts, shop by shop. Each touchpoint has its own Stripe account under Stripe Connect, opened during setup in your company's name, and payouts go straight to your bank account. Each Stripe dashboard is one click away.
Catalog. Each touchpoint has its own catalog. Import the same CSV file into each, or link them with the Shared Catalogue add-on so products and prices stay aligned (each linked touchpoint on Business, $500 one-time per touchpoint; see the cost below).
Stock. Each shop keeps its own stock count, and you set it. The Shared Catalogue add-on aligns products and prices, never stock.
A sample sale or an event stand? Add it as one more touchpoint, on Starter.

What it costs

One plan for each place you sell. Plans only, per month.

A website and two shops

$137 a month

Business for the website on your own domain, Starter for each shop counter. Each touchpoint keeps its own catalog.

One shop opening a second

$58 → $108 a month

Starter for each shop while your store runs on yourbrand.shoppi.site: $58. When the website moves to Business for your own domain: $108.

Shops and website on one shared catalog

$237 a month, plus $500 one-time per linked touchpoint

The Shared Catalogue add-on runs on the Business plan and is bought for each touchpoint you link. For a website and two shops, that is Business × 3.

Plans only. Stripe's processing fee and Shoppi's 0.4% + 1¢ per payment on your own channels come on top. On orders the Shoppi marketplace brings, Shoppi takes 10% with everything included. Monthly, no contract. See all plans

Also in the account

What a retailer uses every week, and what it costs where it is extra.

Bring your catalog

On every plan, import a CSV file or paste a WooCommerce or PrestaShop store address. Each product comes in with its name, price, quantity, SKU, one photo and description. Coming from Shopify? Use its CSV export, or let Concierge setup ($249 one-time) or the Smart Data Importer ($199 one-time, Business) do it for you.

Instagram to products

The Social Catalog Importer add-on ($149 one-time, Starter and up) turns a public Instagram business profile into products.

The Shoppi marketplace

Products of merchants on paid plans are listed on the Shoppi marketplace. On the orders it brings you, Shoppi takes 10% with everything included. Your own website and POS sales carry no revenue share.

AI that you approve

An AI writing assistant improves, shortens or expands product and post text and suggests titles and categories. From Starter, an AI site editor proposes page changes that you approve. Claude Code or Codex can edit your site's files over WebDAV.

A dashboard per shop

Each shop has its own dashboard: orders by status, this month's sales and visits, with a one-click link to its Stripe dashboard.

Not in the product today

Not yet

A report across all your shops. Moving stock between shops. Receipt printers and cash drawers. US sales tax at checkout. Points or discounts for regular customers, and customer profiles shared across shops. Fiscal receipts for Italy, Germany and Austria (in development).

Questions retailers ask

No. Each touchpoint keeps its own stock count, and you set it. The Shared Catalogue add-on copies product details and prices between the touchpoints you link every 10 minutes. It never copies stock.
Yes. Every touchpoint has its own catalog and prices. If you link touchpoints with the Shared Catalogue add-on, prices are copied across them. If one shop should keep its own price on a product, ask us.
Each touchpoint has its own Stripe account under Stripe Connect, opened during setup in your company's name, and payouts go straight to your bank account, location by location. A website and two shops means three Stripe accounts, each one click away from your Shoppi dashboard.

There is no direct Shopify importer. Export a CSV file from Shopify and import it on any plan: each product comes in with its name, price, quantity, SKU, one photo and description. Variants, categories and extra photos are not imported. If you would rather not do it yourself, Concierge setup ($249 one-time) or the Smart Data Importer ($199 one-time, Business) does the import for you.
Yes. Keep it and link to Shoppi payment links and product checkout pages from it. There is no embeddable cart or buy button for other websites.
No. Plans are monthly, with no contract. To cancel or downgrade a plan, write to support and we do it for you.
